South African Consumer Rights:
As a South African company, we comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Under the CPA, consumers have certain rights including:

Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
Digital Products and Courses:
For digital products, online courses, eBooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Nature of Digital Products:
All products sold through kentdynamics.co.za are digital products delivered electronically. Once you purchase and download a digital product:
- Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation
- You receive instant access to all materials
- Downloads are available from your account or via email
- No physical products are shipped
Because digital products can be copied, downloaded, and consumed immediately, our refund policy is designed to prevent abuse while ensuring your satisfaction.
Despite the instant delivery of digital products, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as a demonstration of our confidence in the quality and value of our products.
Subscription Services:
For subscription-based products and services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:
Monthly subscriptions: Payments for partially used billing periods are non-refundable. Cancelling a monthly subscription will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable; however, cancellation will prevent the next renewal charge.
One-Time Purchases:
For one-time purchases of products or services, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
Time-Sensitive Products:
For certain time-sensitive products (such as live event access, webinar recordings purchased after the event, or limited-time offers), refund eligibility may be limited to 7 days from purchase. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Specific Product Refund Terms:
The Architecture of Online Income (Book):
- 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
- No questions asked refund within the 14-day window
- You must cease using the book and delete all copies upon refund
Commercial Rights License Upgrade:
- 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
- Applies to the upgrade fee for commercial rights
- Upon refund, all commercial usage rights are revoked
Done-For-You Funnel Templates:
- 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
- Upon refund, you must delete all templates and cease use
- Any funnels built using the templates must be modified or removed

Free Products with Rebranding Rights:
Free lead magnets and resources offered with rebranding rights are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. However, if you purchase the premium version of any product, standard refund terms apply.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@kentdynamics.co.za with the following information:
Required Information:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Product or service name
- Date of purchase
- Order number or transaction ID (if available)
- Brief reason for refund request (helps us improve our products)
Response Time:
We will respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST).
Refund Processing
Processing Timeline:
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the payment processor used for your purchase (for example, Paystack or Stripe).
Refund Method:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Payment Processor:
Payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy, available at https://paystack.com/terms.
Refund Timeline:
Once we initiate your refund through Paystack:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The actual time depends on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated
- You will receive a notification from Paystack when the refund is complete
We do not control Paystack's payment processing timelines and cannot expedite refunds beyond initiating them promptly.
Conditions Upon Refund
When you receive a refund, the following conditions apply:
License Termination:
All licenses and rights to use the refunded product or service are terminated. You must cease all use of the material.
Content Destruction:
You must destroy or delete all copies of the refunded material, including but not limited to:
- Downloaded files and documents
- Video recordings and audio files
- Templates and forms
- Course materials and worksheets
- Access to membership areas
- Screenshots or saved content
Account Access:
Access to any membership areas, private groups, or exclusive content associated with the refunded product will be immediately revoked.
Rebranding Rights Revocation:
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your access to the relevant products/services may be suspended while we investigate. If a chargeback results in duplicate reimbursement (for example, a refund plus a chargeback), we may take reasonable steps to recover the duplicate amount and associated fees.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds:
Services Fully Rendered:
Products or services that have been fully consumed, delivered, or used are not eligible for refunds. This includes:
- Completed coaching sessions
- Live events that have already occurred and you attended
- Consultation time that has been delivered
Subscription Fees for Partial Periods:
Monthly subscription fees for periods already used are not refundable. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Gift Cards and Promotional Credits:
Gift cards, promotional codes, and account credits are non-refundable.
Custom or Personalized Work:
Any custom work, personalized content, or services specifically created for you are non-refundable once delivered.
Third-Party Products:
Products or services purchased from third parties through affiliate links on our Website are subject to those third parties' refund policies, not ours.
Unauthorized Charges:
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or without authorization, please contact us immediately at hello@kentdynamics.co.za.
Unauthorized charges are handled separately from standard refunds.
Refund Limitations
One Refund Policy:
We may refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (for example, repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests).
Good Faith Requirement:
This refund policy is offered in good faith to customers who genuinely are not satisfied with their purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who:

- Violate our Terms of Use
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the refund policy
After receiving a refund, we may, at our discretion, prohibit you from making future purchases.
No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the product or service, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
How to Cancel:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@kentdynamics.co.za with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
Include in your cancellation request:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your account
- Type of subscription you wish to cancel
Cancellation Timing:
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Effect of Cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account and data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
No Refund Upon Cancellation:
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you are within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal.
Reactivation:
You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by contacting us or purchasing a new subscription through our Website.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank.
Chargeback Consequences:
If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our established process:
- Your access to all Company products and services will be terminated
- Your account will be permanently banned from making future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs and damages
Double Refund:
If you receive a refund through our process and then initiate a chargeback, resulting in a double refund, we will take legal action to recover the duplicate refund plus any associated costs.
Dispute Resolution:
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund, please contact us at hello@kentdynamics.co.za with the subject line "Billing Dispute." We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
Exchanges and Downgrades
Product Exchanges:
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange one product for another:
1. Request a refund for the original product (subject to refund eligibility)
2. Purchase the new product separately
Subscription Downgrades:
If you wish to downgrade from a higher-tier subscription to a lower-tier:

- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for the difference in price for the current billing period
Subscription Upgrades:
If you wish to upgrade your subscription:

- You will be charged the difference in price, prorated for the remaining billing period
- The upgrade takes effect immediately upon payment
Technical Issues and Access Problems
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase:

2. Describe the technical issue in detail
3. We will work to resolve the issue within 1-2 business days
Technical issues alone do not automatically qualify for a refund if:
- The issue is resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- The issue is caused by your equipment, internet connection, or software
- Alternative access methods are available and provided
However, if we cannot resolve a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase within 7 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Taxes and Fees
Refund Amount:
Refunds are issued for the full purchase price you paid. However, please note:
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Taxes paid may or may not be refundable depending on local tax laws
International Customers:
